Crowle Consultancy offers an impartial service in order to help you deliver your construction project successfully and with minimum risk. We use a number of qualified professionals to aid in cost advice, programming, contracts, planning and the design of your project. We always tailor our service to suit you and your project.

When planning a construction project, no matter the size or complexity there is often the concern of where to start and who to call. Most Clients call a local Contractor or Architect to get advice and begin the process. This can often result in problems ranging from over charging, late delivery or even non completion of the project without the necessary contract protection in place.

Crowle Consultancy have a number of years experience with a large variety of sectors with the necessary qualifications to deliver the projects. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Members of the Association for Project Managers.

Crowle Consultancy will work with you from the inception of your project through to completion guiding you through the entire process. We work closely with the Contractors which enable us to put a sound plan in place that ensures the Contractor is only paid for the work they are entitled to and have completed to the required standard and quality. In addition we aid in programming to ensure that the project is delivered within time and to the quality expected.

Crowle Consultancy charge a fixed fee so there are no hidden extras and we clearly define the services which are included within our appointment so there is
no confusion.
